  • 1.猪里脊肉切片,不能太薄,太薄肉容易炸干,口感不好。姜丝,葱丝,香菜丝备用。水淀粉加少许蛋清(我把蛋黄也放进去了,一个蛋黄不知用来做什么,丢了浪费,嘿嘿~~)调成适当稠度的面糊,使肉片很容易均匀地裹上一层面糊,但又不是太厚为准。
  • 2.白糖、白醋、生抽、盐调汁。
  • 3.锅中油五六成热时,挂好面糊的肉片下锅炸至金黄,我这次做的口感稍软,喜欢硬口感的可以多炸一会~~
  • 4.炸好的成品。
  • 5.锅中留少许底油,放入葱、姜、香菜丝翻炒均匀,放入炸好的肉片翻炒均匀,淋入调汁,大火快速翻炒出锅即可。
  • 6.成品出锅
