  • 淡奶油500g
  • 白糖50g
  • 红心火龙果半个
  • 小芒果4个
  • 黑巧克力10g
  • 蓝色食用色素几滴
  • 绿色食用色素几滴

Steps to make 旗袍淡奶油蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材,八寸戚风横切成3片,水果切片。
  • 2.淡奶油+白糖隔冰水打发成此状态。
  • 3.放一层蛋糕底,抹上奶油。
  • 4.放上一层火龙果片。上面再放一层蛋糕片,再次抹奶油。
  • 5.铺放上芒果。
  • 6.再铺上蛋糕片。
  • 7.淡奶油抹平面,用牙签画出人物轮廓,再用巧克力液(巧克力+淡奶油)隔水融化后放凉,装裱花袋里剪个小口,描上颜色,头发也上色。
  • 8.用蓝色食用色素几滴加少许淡奶油和匀后,添衣服颜色。
  • 9.绿色食用色素几滴加淡奶油和匀,裱花袋挤出叶子。用巧克力液写上字。
