  • 1.芦笋去掉尖,留梗,焯水。
  • 2.过凉水然后捞出。
  • 3.胡萝卜用少油煎熟,营养比焯水的更能够发挥出来。
  • 4.芦笋和胡萝卜处理好后装盘待用。
  • 5.两个鸡蛋打散,有的人喜欢在鸡蛋里放点盐,因为我放了很多肉松和沙拉酱,味道很足,所以没必要了。
  • 6.煎锅放底油烧热后倒入鸡蛋液。
  • 7.不要动,慢慢煎,就可以煎成厚厚的蛋饼,吃起来的时候会比较有口感。
  • 8.不过要掌握火候,不要太大,中火吧,大家可以看到蛋饼从液体变成固体的过程,好好玩啊。
  • 9.最后翻面稍微煎下。
  • 10.可以装盘了。
  • 11.鸡蛋煎好切成条,厚厚的,边缘切下来直接进了我的嘴,这就是做吃的人的好处,可以提前吃。
  • 12.火腿肠切条,我用的是QQ,所以比较短,但是味道不错。
  • 13.黄瓜切细条。
  • 14.所有的准备工作都做好了,来个大集合,很丰富吧。
  • 15.米饭也蒸好了,看起来不错,舀一口吃吃,香喷喷的米饭,我喜欢。
  • 16.米饭搅拌开。
  • 17.调好寿司醋,一般是盐1:糖2:醋2,根据自己喜好啦,有的喜欢甜点,有的喜欢酸点,稍微加热融化就好了。
  • 18.加入米饭中搅拌均匀后待用吧。
  • 19.米饭稍微凉点我们就可以开始卷寿司了呢。
  • 20.准备工作都做好了。
  • 21.一张竹帘卷。
  • 22.一张寿司皮。
  • 23.铺点米饭。
  • 24.拿一张食品保鲜袋铺在上面。
  • 25.手放在中间,把米饭稍微摁压一下。
  • 26.这样的寿司横切面会比较漂亮,紧实哦。
  • 27.舀一勺沙拉酱放上去。
  • 28.均匀涂好。
  • 29.放上肉松。
  • 30.接着放上所有的材料。
  • 31.开始卷,不好拍照了,就自己卷吧,卷紧实点哦。
  • 32.卷好了啊。
  • 33.切一根看看。
  • 34.近拍一张。
  • 35.装一盘,好好吃啊,我已经偷吃了,味道很美哦。
