  • 1.鲫鱼破肚,内腔清洗干净,豆腐洗净切小块,姜切片,香菜清洗干净。鱼洗干净以后可以用盐腌制半个小时哦,不然鱼吃起来淡淡的没有味道哦。
  • 2.姜切片,大葱切段备用。(不喜欢大葱也可不要。)
  • 3.水开后放入豆腐。
  • 4.放入姜片和葱段。
  • 5.放入腌制好的鲫鱼
  • 6.放入一勺花生油。花生油非常香的。
  • 7.放入鸡精调味。
  • 8.煮开以后将洋夫人续煮锅的内锅放入外锅,可以看见底下的聚热钢圈已经烧得通红了,续煮30分钟全靠它了。
  • 9.扣好外锅的锁扣。
  • 10.看,放入内锅汤依旧在煮,水还在不断的翻滚呢。很神奇的续煮锅。我怀孕时和坐月子时,老公经常给我煮鲫鱼汤喝呢。这个锅是我怀孕时老公给我买的,挺好用的。
  • 11.让它自己续煮吧。听老公说不要火能持续煮30分钟呢,保温8个小时左右呢。短短的加热,可以节省30分钟的煤气呢好神奇哦。跟我的女儿一起去看现在很火的《爸爸去哪了》
  • 12.12.一集电视剧放完了,汤也好了。现在觉得煲汤很简单,很方便,不用怕熏成黄脸婆了。看着大人和孩子都喝了满满两大碗,心里说不出的开心。
