Steps to make 清脂纳豆

  • 1.干黄豆用纯净水浸泡12小时以上
  • 2.泡发到膨胀
  • 3.沥干后放入高压锅并加入糖用豆蹄筋功能压40分钟左右到豆子很软烂的状态
  • 4.放到40度左右沥干水分放入纳豆发酵框中
  • 5.加入4克的纳豆菌粉
  • 6.拌匀
  • 7.盖上盖子酸奶机选择纳豆功能16小时以上
  • 8.看拉丝了就可以包好放入冰箱冷藏进行二次后熟
  • 9.冷藏后的纳豆用筷子搅拌能出现拉丝的效果,很棒
