  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.肉末加入胡椒粉,一茶匙料酒,姜末,一茶匙生抽,少许老抽,三分之一茶匙盐和少许鸡粉
  • 3.加入小半碗清水朝一个方向拌匀上劲
  • 4.加入一茶匙生粉,葱花
  • 5.再次朝一个方向拌匀上劲
  • 6.冬瓜切片备用
  • 7.锅里倒入800毫升左右的清水,大火烧开把肉馅捏成肉圆下锅煮制
  • 8.大火烧开撇去浮沫煮五分钟,加入冬瓜
  • 9.加入三分之一茶匙盐和少许鸡粉煮五分钟即可出锅
  • 10.出锅撒上葱花即可
