紫薯椰蓉月饼
马上要到中秋节了,中秋节吃月饼象征着团团圆圆,各种各样的月饼也是让人眼花缭乱,买月饼吃价钱贵不说,口味儿也未必适合自己家,家里自制月饼又不能没有烤箱,有人会说,要是家里没有烤箱可以做月饼吗?回答当然是可以的,今天我就分享一个简单又好吃的不用烤箱的月饼;软糯香甜,凉了也是软软的,而且吃多了也不上火

  • 糯米粉60g
  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 玉米油10g
  • 鸡蛋黄2个
  • 椰蓉100g
  • 白糖30g
  • 奶粉30g
  • 炼乳20g

Steps to make 紫薯椰蓉月饼

  • 1.主料食材备好紫薯,糯米粉,玉米淀粉。
  • 2.蒸熟的紫薯100克,压成薯泥。
  • 3.加入糯米粉玉米淀粉和适量牛奶,少许油和成一个中等偏软的面团。
  • 4.装入保鲜袋松弛1小时以上。
  • 5.辅料/鸡蛋黄2个,椰蓉100克,奶粉30克,白糖30克,炼乳20克,玉米油适量,口味重的可以用黄油。
  • 6.椰蓉馅儿和紫薯面团分别分成小份,椰蓉馅儿大约25克每个,紫薯面团大约30克每个。
  • 7.笼屉上铺几萝卜片防粘,或者刷一层油。
  • 8.紫薯面团压扁包上椰蓉馅儿。
  • 9.虎口收紧封口揉成椭圆形。
  • 10.磨具事先刷一层油,放入包好椰蓉的紫薯球整理平整。
  • 11.把刻好的月饼摆在萝卜片上面。
  • 12.放入开水锅大火蒸8分钟左右即可出锅。
  • 13.做好的非常好吃,即便放凉后也还是软软的。
