黄焖鸡
这两年好像满街都是黄焖鸡米饭,味道还行,也比较方便。这是分享的是最简单的做法,没有复杂的调味和配料。但是味道却很经典。

  • 大蒜1个
  • 黄冰糖1小块
  • 料酒少许

Steps to make 黄焖鸡

  • 1.主材料备齐。
  • 2.琵琶腿洗净剁块,香菇泡发好挤干水分。生姜切片,干辣椒、大蒜略切。
  • 3.锅中入油,下大蒜、姜片,干辣椒煸炒。
  • 4.旺火时,加鸡块下锅快速煸炒。
  • 5.加入料酒、生抽、老抽煸炒上色。
  • 6.锅中加水没过鸡块。放入一小块黄冰糖。
  • 7.加入香菇。
  • 8.大火转中火焖煮30~40分钟。
  • 9.鸡块酥烂后加入少许盐调味收汤。
  • 10.装入器皿即可。
