Steps to make 豉油鸡

  • 1.生姜切片,香葱切段。
  • 2.三黄鸡洗净放料酒。
  • 3.加姜片。
  • 4.加酱油和生抽给三黄鸡做个全身按摩。
  • 5.加少许食盐和葱段再次揉匀,腌制五小时以上。
  • 6.可以放冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 7.腌制好后将鸡取出,腌制的葱姜放电饭煲中。
  • 8.将腌制好的鸡及腌制好酱汁一起放入电饭煲中,按煮饭键。
  • 9.大概四十分钟左右,可用筷子戳一下,从上往下能够穿透整个鸡即可。
