抹茶桃山月饼
这款桃山月饼制作非常简单,用的都是现成的桃山皮和馅料,一压一包一按一烤即可。桃山皮味道和颜色有多种多样,根据自己的喜好购买,最好买两种颜色。

Steps to make 抹茶桃山月饼

  • 1.将抹茶桃山皮和红豆馅各分成25克一份,共10份,搓圆,并盖上保鲜膜防止风干。
  • 2.桃山皮放在手掌上,用另一只手按压,压成四周薄中间厚的圆形,用擀面棍也可以。
  • 3.放上红豆馅。
  • 4.将桃山皮慢慢向上推,使之与馅料贴合,用虎口收口,搓圆。
  • 5.再搓成圆柱形,50克的月饼模具在装有面粉的碗里按压一下,抖去多余的面粉,再放入月饼圆坯。
  • 6.在不粘烤盘上用力向下按,提起月饼模,月饼花形就做好了。
  • 7.直接在烤盘上按,可以防止月饼在移动中变形。
  • 8.东菱K40C烤箱预热到150度(预热时间大概需要10分钟),再将烤盘放在中下层,烘烤10分钟左右,不需要烤至上色,而且桃山皮和馅料都是熟的,所以低温烘烤即可。
  • 9.烘烤结束,将月饼取出,晾凉后放入保鲜盒内,刚烤好的月饼有点软的,凉后就硬一些,在室温下放置一天回油即可食用。
