向日葵饼干

  • 杏仁粉18克
  • 葵花籽18克
  • 可可粉7克
  • 黄金芝士粉6克
  • 糖粉40克

Steps to make 向日葵饼干

  • 1.黄油软化加糖粉打发至颜色变浅、体积变大
  • 2.分次加入打散的鸡蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉翻拌至无干粉状态
  • 4.再用手捏成光滑的面团
  • 5.按三比二的比例分成两份(约150克、110克)
  • 6.稍大的面团中加入可可粉和熟的葵花籽,稍小的加入黄金芝士粉
  • 7.充分捏匀成团
  • 8.裹上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 9.将可可面团搓成直径为3cm左右的圆柱形
  • 10.将黄金芝士面团擀成0.5cm厚,10cm×18cm左右的长方形
  • 11.将可可面团放到擀好的黄金芝士面皮上
  • 12.充分捏合,裹上保鲜膜,入冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 13.取出冷冻后的面团,切成0.5cm左右的薄片
  • 14.用模具压出花边
  • 15.均匀码放到垫烤纸的烤盘中,烤箱预热至165°,中层,15-20分
