Steps to make 红枣鸡蛋彩元宵

  • 1.把紫薯,胡萝卜,南瓜洗干净削皮切成块状
  • 2.放入锅里蒸十分钟,将紫薯,胡萝卜,南瓜蒸熟,熟至能用勺子搅成沫
  • 3.将少许糯米粉放入碗内,把搅成沫的紫薯也倒入糯米粉里,加少许温水搅拌均匀,揉成团
  • 4.将少许糯米粉放入碗内,把搅成沫的胡萝卜也倒入糯米粉里,加少许温水搅拌均匀,揉成团
  • 5.将少许糯米粉放入碗内,把搅成沫的南瓜也倒入糯米粉里,搅拌均匀,揉成团。南瓜蒸出来的水份跟紫薯,和胡萝卜不一样,南瓜蒸出来的水份比较多,所以活成团是时不要加水
  • 6.揉成团后放在盘子里备用
  • 7.揉成团后,在做揉成一个一个的小团,放入冰冻冰上两三个小时便大功告成了
  • 8.冰好的小元宵用保鲜袋装好便可
  • 9.准备一碗糯米酒酿,倒入开水,将煮好的鸡蛋,元宵,红枣放入碗内便可
  • 10.美味可口的红枣鸡蛋吃彩元宵就做好了
