自制披萨酱

  • 西红柿3个
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 蒜瓣8个
  • 白糖20g
  • 5g
  • 十三香10g

Steps to make 自制披萨酱

  • 1.准备所需食材,西红柿、洋葱、大蒜
  • 2.西红柿去皮(开水微烫,这样去皮容易)切小丁,大蒜切成蒜蓉、洋葱切小丁备用
  • 3.锅里加油,小火加热至五层热
  • 4.倒入洋葱小火慢炒出香气
  • 5.中火倒入西红柿翻炒至出汁
  • 6.出汁后加入白糖
  • 7.加入食盐,加锅盖继续小火慢慢焖
  • 8.焖10至15分钟,带西红柿软烂,倒入蒜蓉翻炒
  • 9.收汁后加入十三香(我们家人不喜欢披萨草的味道,我用了中式香料代替)
  • 10.装入密封碗里,放入冰箱冷藏可以保存7至10天(不过也要尽快食用)
