越是埋在下层的东西就越不想动,而越不想动就会越层层下陷,最后成为被扔弃的死货。
终于决定在黑米粉变成死货之前把它翻出来,变成吃食。关于蜂窝煤的蛋糕已经来来去去在眼前晃过无数回了,没打算弄那些洞洞,就一个简单平整的戚风蛋糕就好。
选了一个黑米粉用量最多的方子。据说,添加黑米粉的蛋糕长势不会太高,可能还会有一点粗粗的感觉。这些都不是重点。重点是,黑米粉的蛋糕究竟会有多黑?
果然没有长得太高,不过,,大概也有一点消泡吧?在混合蛋白与蛋黄糊的时候,忽然被打了岔,一下子有一种被扰乱的感觉。不过这感觉很快就在烘烤开始的时候消失了。。。。
深深的灰,黑米的香,好吃。。。。

  • 黑米粉25克
  • 低筋粉15克
  • 玉米油7克
  • 细砂糖25克

  • 1.用料:鸡蛋2个,牛奶30克,玉米油7克,细砂糖25克,黑米粉25克,低筋粉15克
  • 2.蛋黄加5克糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶和玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.黑米粉与面粉混合,筛入蛋黄中,
  • 5.拌匀成均匀面糊,备用。
  • 6.蛋白搅打成粗泡,分三次加糖搅打。
  • 7.成带小弯钩的湿性发泡。
  • 8.取三分之一蛋白到面糊中,拌匀。
  • 9.倒回剩下的蛋白中,
  • 10.拌成均匀面糊,
  • 11.倒入6寸圆模,
  • 12.震平表面,磕出大泡。
  • 13.放入烤箱,中下层,上下火140度,烤约50分钟左右。
  • 14.出炉后立即倒扣,
  • 15.冷却后翻面。
  • 16.脱模,
  • 17.切块。
