记得51放假那几天我们全家去了常州看恐龙,居然吃到了徐州地锅鸡,当时大家一致认为非常好吃,决定回家去山寨一把。今天周六,反正在家没有什么事情,就出去买了只鸡,因为怕吃不完就用了半只。

Steps to make 徐州地锅鸡

  • 1.鸡洗净,切块,用料酒腌制10分钟。
  • 2.青笋去皮,洗净,切滚刀块备用。
  • 3.葱姜蒜红椒切细备用。
  • 4.锅烧热倒油,爆香葱姜蒜红椒。
  • 5.加入鸡肉翻炒(鸡肉里面已经有料酒就不用再放了)。
  • 6.鸡肉翻炒3分钟左右倒酱油继续翻炒。
  • 7.加入青笋和2碗水,2勺盐。盖上锅盖大火烧滚。
  • 8.将面粉和成面团。
  • 9.做成长条面饼。
  • 10.等锅内烧滚就可以将面饼贴在锅边,部分没入水里。
  • 11.中火慢炖。大概1小时,家味精,五香粉就可以出锅啦。
