【面包机版】全麦黑芝麻吐司
最近气温偏低,面包机又发挥作用了,今天做的是低糖少油的全麦黑芝麻吐司,很成功,吃着也很香。

  • 鸡蛋57g

  • 黑芝麻20g
  • 白糖15g
  • 橄榄油10g
  • 3g

  • 1.按照先液体后粉类的顺序把食材放进面包机内胆中,糖和盐对角放置,酵母埋在顶部面粉中,启动粗粮面包程序。
  • 2.已清洗晾干的黑芝麻。
  • 3.第二次搅拌时放入黑芝麻,接下来就交给面包机去做其他事啦。
  • 4.面包机自动烘烤结束。
  • 5.取出面包,侧放在烤架上晾凉。
  • 6.烤制的很成功。
  • 7.温热时切片,放保鲜袋里密封保存,内部组织挺好,低糖少油吃着很香。
