葱香发面饼
松软可口的懒人版发面饼,搭配一杯果汁,牛奶或豆浆,就是美美的营养早餐哦!

  • 中筋面粉150克
  • 温水140lm
  • 干酵母1.5克
  • 香葱1棵
  • 椒盐粉少许
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 葱香发面饼

  • 1.干酵母和温水混合,静置3分钟左右。
  • 2.倒入中筋面粉,打入鸡蛋。
  • 3.调入盐和椒盐粉。
  • 4.用筷子搅拌至无干粉状。
  • 5.包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 6.第二天早起,将香葱切碎。
  • 7.取出面糊,放入香葱。
  • 8.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 9.锅中加入油,倒入面糊摊平,中小火煎至微焦。
  • 10.翻面,同样中小火煎至微焦。
  • 11.加入40lm左右的清水。
  • 12.加盖中小火焖至水分收干。
  • 13.开盖再将面饼的两面煎至呈金黄色即可关火。
  • 14.切件装盘。
  • 15.快快享用吧。
  • 16.外脆内里松软,非常可口。
