泰式辣炒花生红米饭
哈尼梯田红米,来个别样风味的炒饭~~非常好吃~~我比较喜欢吃干一些的米饭,换一种米第一次煮的时候用水量总是有点把握不准,这次就多了那么一点点~~

  • 哈尼梯田红米1杯
  • 花生1把
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 矿泉水1瓶550ml
  • 香菜1棵
  • 细长辣椒2只
  • 青柠檬1个
  • 酱油大半匙
  • 芝麻油2汤匙

Steps to make 泰式辣炒花生红米饭

  • 1.主要材料。
  • 2.红米用矿泉水掏洗1-2次,然后用矿泉水:米1:1浸泡半小时;
  • 3.连浸泡的矿泉水一起倒入电饭锅煮熟;
  • 4.煮好后再焖10分钟以后把米饭盛出晾凉;
  • 5.花生入烤箱烤7分钟,拿出晾凉后去皮压碎一些;
  • 6.洋葱切碎;辣椒切小圈;香菜切碎;
  • 7.青柠檬切开挤出一汤匙多两汤匙汁待用;
  • 8.锅中加2匙芝麻油加热,倒入洋葱和辣椒圈炒软至微黄;
  • 9.倒入晾凉的红米饭翻炒,再加大半匙酱油炒匀;
  • 10.关火;倒入花生、香菜和柠檬汁,调入盐炒匀即可~
