  • 1.材料。
  • 2.除黄油,蔓越莓干以外的全部材料放入面包机中,启动一个和面程序十分钟。
  • 3.把黄油放进去,继续揉至完全融合。
  • 4.把蔓越莓干切碎一点。
  • 5.放入蔓越莓干揉均匀即可。
  • 6.揉好的面团儿取出,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 7.平均分成20克每份,放入烤盘中。
  • 8.烤箱预热,上火160°,下火150°,烤箱中层25分钟表皮微微上色即可。
  • 9.实在太好吃,一出炉急干掉了半盘儿。
  • 10.十分QQ弹,加入蔓越莓干更是酸甜适中。
