  • 大葱一小段
  • 尖椒1个
  • 纯净水700ml(或大骨汤)
  • 蒜泥1勺
  • 淡酱油1勺
  • 金枪鱼罐头150g
  • 洋葱1/8
  • 料酒1勺
  • 白糖1/3勺
  • 辣椒粉1勺
  • 细盐少量(按口味)

Steps to make 韩式金枪鱼泡菜汤-懒人宝典

  • 1.大葱、洋葱、尖椒切好备用。
  • 2.锅里油热后放入切好的酸泡菜、料酒、白糖,中火抄至泡菜熟透颜色变透明。
  • 3.加700ml纯净水(或大骨汤)烧开。
  • 4.加金枪鱼罐头、洋葱继续中火煮。(金枪鱼罐头中的汤水也一起加)
  • 5.加蒜泥、辣椒粉、淡酱油改小火闷。
  • 6.待材料熟透之后加尖椒、大葱、盐少许调味。
  • 7.移到加热过的石锅可以保温一段时间,加一碗米饭和荷包蛋,也算是一顿丰盛的正餐了。开饭啦~
