  • 1.提前2-3天把小干鲍泡发好。
  • 2.瑶柱泡软,泡的水留用。
  • 3.蚝豉泡洗干净。
  • 4.花菇泡软,切小块。
  • 5.海参切块,姜切片,葱切段。
  • 6.发菜泡洗干净。
  • 7.魔芋丝用水泡一会去异味。
  • 8.热油锅,把姜片爆香。
  • 9.放花菇炒一会。
  • 10.放海参炒一下。
  • 11.放蚝豉,小鲍鱼,瑶柱和泡瑶柱的水。
  • 12.放蚝油,料酒,老抽和糖炒匀。
  • 13.倒入沒过食材的水,大火烧开,转小火烧半小时。。
  • 14.放入发菜和魔芋丝继续烧10分钟。
  • 15.放葱段炒均即可。
  • 16.鲜美的一锅炖。
