  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.莲藕清洗干净,黑木耳提前浸泡清洗干净,香葱和小米椒洗净切碎末。
  • 3.莲藕切成薄片,锅中放入清水煮开,放入藕片焯水2~3分钟左右捞出放入提前准备好的冰水过滤一下。黑木耳也焯水5分钟左右捞出。
  • 4.处理完毕所有食材。
  • 5.把所有食材放入容器中,倒入味达美泰式酸辣汁1小包。
  • 6.戴上一次性手套搓捏均匀,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小时左右。
  • 7.取出装盘撒上葱花即可。
  • 8.这道酸辣爽口的酸辣藕片就可以享用啦!
