星空吐司
一直就想做这个吐司,今天终于拔了草,喜欢的不得了!

  • 蝶豆花15克
  • 黄油25克
  • 高粉300克
  • 3克
  • 白糖30克
  • 酵母3克
  • 竹炭粉0.5g

Steps to make 星空吐司

  • 1.15g干蝶豆花先用 240g开水泡开。
  • 2.面包机桶里依次倒入180g蝶豆花水、盐、糖粉、高粉 ,最后放入3g干酵母。
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,放入黄油,再揉20分钟
  • 4.然后放入一个干净的容器里,盖上保鲜膜进行第一次发酵,一个小时。
  • 5.发酵至 2 倍大即可,然后取出,在面板上按压排气。
  • 6.分出来 90g面团,加入0.5g竹碳粉,揉匀。剩余的蓝色面团,按照 2/5和 3/5的配比,分割成大小2个面团。然后全部盖上保鲜膜,松弛 15分钟。
  • 7.松弛好之后先取蓝色的小面团,擀成矩形,宽度比吐司盒略,然后撒上开心果和葡萄干,卷起来
  • 8.同样大的蓝色面条也放上蔓越莓,葡萄干卷起,黑色的面团也是卷起来,但是这个不要全部卷上,留一点点,注意不用留太多,1cm左右
  • 9.卷好之后,捏紧收口,放入吐司盒里。黑色的挨着蓝色的放在中间的位置,多留出来的部分朝上放置。
  • 10.盖好保鲜膜,进行二次发酵,一个小时到八分满即可
  • 11.烤箱开始预热,190度。预热好之后,调成180度,放入模具,烤 45分钟
