焖一杯东北杀猪菜
神奇的膳魔师焖烧杯,不用火也一样闷出大菜来,足足一大碗,美味杀猪菜,肉嫩鲜香,肥而不腻,开胃解馋,下酒下饭。东北杀猪菜原自东北农村杀年猪时所吃的一种炖菜,一口大锅煮上大大的一块猪血脖肉,据说这个部位的肉最香,快煮熟的时候加上酸菜炖,然后在不同时间内下入猪大肠、猪肝、猪血肠,吃的时候每个部位可单独切一盘蘸蒜泥吃,那叫一个香!也可以烩在一起,所谓的烩菜,就是我今天用焖烧杯来完成的这道东北杀猪菜。

Steps to make 焖一杯东北杀猪菜

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.将煮熟的五花肉、肝、血肠、苦肠、大肠切片,酸菜投洗干净
  • 3.准备一壶开水,先将焖烧杯预热,所有食材除了血肠,其它都用开水烫一下,控净水分
  • 4.焖烧杯倒掉预热的水,加入除了血肠之外所有刚刚开水烫过的食材
  • 5.加入开水,最后放进血肠,旋紧焖烧杯盖
  • 6.2小时以后打开,加入盐、酱油、蘑菇粉调味
  • 7.OK!开餐!
