桂花蜜汁糯米藕

Steps to make 桂花蜜汁糯米藕

  • 1.将糯米淘洗干净,沥干水分,藕去皮洗净
  • 2.将藕从一端切开一小截
  • 3.将糯米用小勺子灌进藕孔里面
  • 4.用筷子压实
  • 5.灌好糯米后,将之前切开的那一段按原来的位置放回去,并用牙签固定住
  • 6.将藕放入干净锅中,同时放入冰糖、红糖
  • 7.将红枣也一并放入
  • 8.加水没过藕,大火煮开,转小火2个小时,或者压力锅半小时就可以了,最后放入桂花酱,将藕泡在煮藕的糖水中过一夜,让其更加入味,同时取出一部分藕汁用大火收汁,将其熬至浓浓的糖浆状的蜜汁
  • 9.隔天取出藕,会发现色泽变红了,也更加入味了,将藕切片,浇上糖浆状的蜜汁,淋上糖桂花
