蛋糕店里的绿豆糕,又贵又不纯正,还是自己做的放心。

Steps to make 绿豆糕

  • 1.绿豆泡一晚上。
  • 2.用双手反复搓绿豆,倒掉水和绿豆皮。剩最后几个绿豆,可直接用指甲剥去外衣。
  • 3.全部剥去绿豆皮。(这个过程很辛苦)
  • 4.剥皮绿豆放入电压力锅,放入高出绿豆半厘米的水。(我的水超过半厘米了,放多了)
  • 5.按煮豆类键。
  • 6.煮好后放入搅拌机搅匀。
  • 7.锅里放入黄油21克,小火。
  • 8.倒入搅好的绿豆,放适量白砂糖。
  • 9.小火搅至水干,要不停的搅拌,防粘锅。
  • 10.小火炒干至团状,关火。
  • 11.取40克,揉圆。
  • 12.用模具按压图形。(模具按压之前刷熟油)即可开吃。
  • 13.冷藏风味更佳。
