  • 1.银耳洗干净后用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.浸泡好的银耳撕成小朵放到电饭煲内胆。
  • 3.加适量水,将内胆放入电饭煲,盖上盖通电煲。
  • 4.苹果洗干净。
  • 5. 将苹果切成丁。
  • 6.银耳煲1个小时后,将苹果放入电饭煲,继续煲。
  • 7.20分钟后加入冰糖。
  • 8.煲至冰糖融化,断电。加入枸杞。
  • 9. 搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
