Steps to make 驴打滚

  • 1.准备:150克汤圆粉,38克淀粉,40克蜂蜜,25克色拉油,1杯水。
  • 2.淀粉。。。
  • 3.将1)混合,水分次调入。
  • 4.调成酸奶一样浓稠的糊。
  • 5.装进保鲜袋,电饭锅蒸20分钟。
  • 6.生豆面用小火炒。
  • 7.炒到颜色变深变香。
  • 8.案板铺好保鲜膜或保鲜袋。
  • 9.蒸好后的面皮放到不烫手。
  • 10.连保鲜袋一起擀成长方形。(擀的越薄成型越小)
  • 11.从中间分隔开。
  • 12.剪开一侧的保鲜袋,把豆沙摆在一侧。
  • 13.包卷成卷。(垫着保鲜膜基本不粘手,也可以用一次性薄膜手套或者沾凉水也可以避免沾手。)
  • 14.散落炒好的豆面,滚一滚就做成了驴打滚。再分割成小段就可以了。
  • 15.厨房里拍的。
