酸奶椰丝排包
现在天气渐渐变冷了。做的酸奶都没有怎么吃。想着浪费怪可惜的。用来做了排包。口感非常好、这次做额外加了椰丝。真的好吃到不要不要的、我没有揉出手套膜,但是拉丝照样棒棒哒。第一次做没有照到成果照,第二次做补拍的。形状稍微有点不同,其实是一样的。

  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 橄榄油20g
  • 白糖30g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 酵母3g
  • 1g
  • 椰丝20g
  • 酸奶80g

Steps to make 酸奶椰丝排包

  • 1.面包机加入所有的材料。
  • 2.启动和面程序。
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团。启动发酵功能发酵至两倍大。一般发酵需要2小时。在面包机的桶上盖一块湿布再盖上面包桶。
  • 4.分成8个面团。
  • 5.每一个都擀薄排气。
  • 6.全部依次做好。盖上保鲜膜醒发15分钟,等待二次发酵。
  • 7.这是后面补拍的。我是竖着卷的。第一次是横着卷的,其实都一样。发酵至2倍大后轻刷蛋液,撒上椰丝。
  • 8.烤箱预热160°上火160°,下 火140°,烤15分钟,烤到自己满意的颜色加盖锡纸。
  • 9.凉透即可食用。
  • 10.成品。
