昨天中午米饭做多了,剩下一碗放在冰箱里,今天如果直接加热口感肯定是有差的。那就给剩米饭来个华丽丽的变身吧,于是乎一道鲜香美味的酱油炒饭就诞生了。

Steps to make 酱油炒饭

  • 1.准备做菜所需的食材
  • 2.黄瓜切丁状
  • 3.葱切成小段
  • 4.先取一小段胡萝卜和黄瓜一样切丁状
  • 5.剩下的胡萝卜切片状
  • 6.胡萝卜用开水焯熟围盘边摆放成一个圆形
  • 7.两个鸡蛋打入碗中搅散
  • 8.锅加执后倒入食用油,倒收蛋液炒至蛋液定型。铲出备用
  • 9.锅中丛新倒入适量的食用油,下入葱花炒香
  • 10.下入胡萝卜丁和黄瓜丁翻炒
  • 11.倒入剩米饭,加入所有调料翻炒均匀
  • 12.加炒好的鸡蛋
  • 13.炒好的酱油炒饭装入碗中
  • 14.将碗中的米饭倒扣入摆好胡萝卜片的盘中,上面撒些黑白芝麻装饰一下即可开吃了
