杂粮面包

Steps to make 杂粮面包

  • 1.除了黄油以外,将其他材料放入面包机中。
  • 2.搅拌成面团后再加入软化的黄油继续搅拌。
  • 3.加入适量洗净去水的葡萄干揉入面团中发酵面团。
  • 4.发酵好的面团分成2个剂子进行二次饧发,用刀割口。
  • 5.烤箱先预热10分钟,将烤盘放入中下层,上火170度,下155度,烤25分钟。
  • 6.烘烤完出炉,杂粮面(十几种杂粮)面包外酥里软,非常好吃又营养。
