中国人还是应该过中国的传统节日。北方的节日气氛似乎要比南方浓厚一些,胶东地区过七夕节有做巧果的习俗。七夕巧果是一种汉族节日食俗。在农历的七夕节中已经成为一种恋人宣爱的方式。送恋人巧果,也成为表达彼此最好的方式。所以,七夕巧果也逐渐成为爱情的象征。巧果的做法很简单,如果您有烤箱做起来很方便,没有的话用平底锅或者电饼铛做也是完全可以的。

  • 牛奶115克
  • 玉米油30克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 酵母2克

Steps to make 七夕巧果

  • 1.将所有食材放入面包机中,启动和面程序。
  • 2.放入深盆中进行第一次发酵,第一次发酵至原来两倍大。
  • 3.将发酵好的面团取出,排气,滚成长条状。揪成小剂子放入模具中。
  • 4.先按压四周,再按压中间。
  • 5.最后用手掌压平。
  • 6.将面胚倒扣在烤盘,醒发5分钟左右。
  • 7.九阳粉小焙提前预热,160度20分钟左右。最后放入中上层温度调至200度,烤几分钟上色。
  • 8.每家烤箱温度不一样,我的温度和时间只是给个参考。
  • 9.温度和时间跟面胚的大小、湿度都有关系。
  • 10.如果你也是面食爱好者一定喜欢麦香和淡淡的奶香混合在一起的感觉。
