    Steps to make 剁椒鸡丁

    • 1.鸡肉切丁。
    • 2.姜蒜磨碎或者切碎,葱切末。
    • 3.水中放花椒和姜片,煮开,倒入鸡丁,大火烧开放入一汤匙料酒。再次煮沸。捞出鸡肉,过冷水控干。
    • 4.锅里放少许油,煎一下鸡丁,这样锁住水分更香。
    • 5.倒入剁椒,葱姜蒜。炒均匀。
    • 6.放入白糖半茶匙,大拇指甲盖那么大,蒸鱼豉油半汤匙。大火收掉剁椒的汁水。出锅放点鸡精即可。
