  • 香葱1棵
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 精盐1/4小匙
  • 胡椒粉1/3小匙
  • 白酒1大匙
  • 蛋白1/2只量
  • 玉米淀粉1/2杯
  • 白糖1/4杯
  • 白醋1/4杯
  • 清水1/2杯
  • 玉米淀粉1/2大匙
  • 茄汁1/4杯
  • 麻油1小匙

Steps to make 糖醋菠萝排骨

  • 1.把排骨放入一盒子里,放生抽1大匙、精盐1/4小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、白酒1大匙,抓腌后放冰箱1夜,到需烹调时,把香葱切粒、菜椒、洋葱(拍片时忘了)改刀成不规则块状,菠萝切块后放入盐水泡1分钟后捞起滤水;
  • 2.排骨用蛋白1/2只量抓匀;
  • 3.把排骨放入淀粉里滚,让淀粉沾满排骨;
  • 4.把排骨用中火慢慢炸熟,一定要熟透哦;
  • 5.然后把菜椒和洋葱入油中后立即捞起滤油;
  • 6.把白醋1/4杯、白糖1/4杯、水1/2杯、玉米淀粉1/2大匙调匀成芡汁;
  • 7.锅抹一层菜油,加入茄汁,慢火,不断搅拌,使茄汁变成透明红;
  • 8.倒入步骤六调好的芡汁,加麻油1小匙,不断搅拌,中火烧至起泡,关火;
  • 9.倒入排骨、菜椒、洋葱,翻匀装盘,面上撒点葱花(也可不撒),尽快享用。
