四川自贡麻辣兔全国出名,但是根据我个人口味我觉得太过于辣,那种辣不是一般人可以接受,相信中国内部大部分人都对这个菜可望不可及,那么办法总是有的,我们就根据自己的口味做一个适合自己口味轻重的麻辣兔,希望大家喜欢。

  • 小米椒适量根据个人口味
  • 花椒适量根据个人口味
  • 芹菜一根
  • 大葱一根

Steps to make 麻辣兔(自制口味)

  • 1.兔子半只洗净。
  • 2.洗净后剁成小块。
  • 3.姜蒜。
  • 4.青辣椒红辣椒花椒小米椒。
  • 5.芹菜大葱泡椒。
  • 6.水烧开放进去除去血水捞出备用。
  • 7.放入盐少许,啤酒半瓶,少量料酒,加入适量淀粉搅拌均匀腌制半个到一个小时。
  • 8.放入适量油。
  • 9.待锅烧热放入姜蒜先炒几秒。
  • 10.放入腌制好的兔肉,注意兔子有大有小,根据你准备好的辣椒和其他佐料比,兔子肉的量不要超过辅料的三分之一,这样口味会更正更好吃,就是说兔子肉的量比不能超过葱蒜姜辣椒等的总用体积。
  • 11.炒几分钟后放入青椒盘。
  • 12.放入剩下的辅料。
  • 13.放入点盐,鸡精大火,最大的火炒几分钟觉得肉辅料也熟了就出货完成。
