香烤时蔬羊肉
老公就喜欢吃羊肉,这次做个烤羊肉,纯粹羊肉我觉得太油腻,加些时蔬一起烤制,既营养又美味。

  • 土豆300克
  • 洋葱1个
  • 胡萝卜100克
  • 花菜100克
  • 口蘑3个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 3勺
  • 烤肉酱4大勺
  • 孜然粉4勺
  • 花椒粉2勺

Steps to make 香烤时蔬羊肉

  • 1.羊肉切小块,葱姜切段
  • 2.羊肉中放入葱姜、烤肉酱、盐、料酒、孜然粉、花椒粉
  • 3.充分拌匀腌2小时以上
  • 4.其余时蔬切小块
  • 5.用盐、孜然粉、花椒粉拌匀腌制
  • 6.烤盘铺上锡纸,先铺上时蔬,再放入羊肉
  • 7.烤箱预热,烤盘上先盖上一张锡纸,190度烤30分钟
  • 8.去掉上面锡纸,再220度烤30分钟左右,中间翻次面,把水分倒掉。
