腰果酥饼

  • 鸡蛋液50克
  • 玉米油105克
  • 腰果75克
  • 糖粉80克
  • 1克

Steps to make 腰果酥饼

  • 1.玉米油中加入糖粉和盐,搅拌均匀至糖粉融化。
  • 2.加入全蛋液搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低粉和小苏打。
  • 4.加入腰果碎。
  • 5.用刮刀翻拌成面团。
  • 6.分成18克左右的小剂子,搓圆,放入烤盘中。
  • 7.按偏,刷上全蛋液(分量外),撒少许白芝麻或黑芝麻。
  • 8.想要美观一点的话,可以用月饼模具压出自己喜欢的形状再刷上全蛋液。
  • 9.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,20分钟左右。
  • 10.晾凉之后就可以食用了。
