食材1:橙汁300ML、水100克、鱼胶粉10克、糖50克

食材2:椰奶150克、水200克、鱼胶粉10克、糖50鱼胶粉10克、

Steps to make 双色果冻

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.鱼胶粉分别用碗各份加90克水和匀泡开。
  • 3.锅中加入水200克、烧开,加入糖化开。
  • 4.关火,液体不烫手,约70度,加入步骤2的一份鱼胶粉。和匀后放凉。
  • 5.香橙取果肉,榨汁。
  • 6.放凉的椰奶液装入布丁瓶。加盖。入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 7.制做橙汁液。把水100克烧开,加入糖化开,加入泡开的鱼胶粉和匀。
  • 8.加入橙汁后和匀放凉。
  • 9.再把冰箱里冷藏过的布丁拿出来,加入橙汁,再入冰箱冷藏1小时以上即可。
