  • 紫薯粉5ml(1小勺)
  • 水磨糯米粉1000克
  • 红曲粉2.5ml(1/2小勺)
  • 可可粉5ml(1小勺)
  • 抹茶粉2.5ml(1/2小勺)
  • 豆沙馅450克
  • 芝麻馅450克

Steps to make 用天然食材做五彩汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉中分次加入温水,用筷子搅拌。
  • 2.用手揉成不沾手的白色粉团。
  • 3.四种天然食材加少量温开水调匀成面糊。
  • 4.将白色粉团分成大小差不多的五份。取其中的四份,每一份中加入做法3的彩色面糊,揉成光滑柔软又不沾手的彩色粉团。揉的过程中可以适量加点温水。揉好的粉团需要装入保鲜袋防止风干。
  • 5.将五个大的粉团再分成小剂子,每个小剂子揉圆后包馅做成汤圆。做好的汤圆表面覆盖一层保鲜膜防止风干。
  • 6.煮汤圆:水开后放入汤圆,用勺子轻轻推动防止粘底,等水沸腾,加入一碗冷水,盖上锅盖,煮至水再次沸腾,汤圆浮起即可。
