Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.将排骨冷水下锅,焯掉血水;
  • 2.将焯好的排骨盛出,加入姜、葱、料酒、生抽腌制20至30分钟;
  • 3.整个上锅蒸30至40分钟;
  • 4.蒸好后将汤汁倒出,葱姜剔除,这个时候就已经很香了
  • 5.将排骨炸至焦黄;
  • 6.剩下适量的油,下白糖熬化一些后,倒入之前盛出的排骨汤汁,倒入排骨,加入香醋翻炒一会,收汁;
