纯天然的味道——花色紫薯豆沙冰皮月饼
一年一度的中秋节又来临了,
农历八月十五是我国的秋节。由于这一天居秋季之半,所以叫中秋节,民间俗称八月节。中秋节是我国仅次于春节的第二大节。中秋节,人们最主要的活动便是赏月和吃月饼了。俗话说:“八月十五月正圆,中秋月饼香又甜。”
赏月与月饼结合在一起,寓意家人团圆,寄托思念。同时,月饼也是中秋时节朋友间用来联络感情的重要礼物。除此之外,中秋节各地还有各地的特色习俗。月饼也是各式各样。比如大家常吃的香甜软糯的广式月饼、层层软酥的苏式月饼、晶莹剔透的冰皮月饼。还有潮式、台式、港式、京式、徽式等等。月饼的馅心近年来也是花样百出啊!
我今年有幸连续放三天假,于是乎利用假期做点好吃的。刚好在菜场里买了紫薯,就做了这款既营养又美味的紫薯冰皮豆沙月饼。

Steps to make 纯天然的味道——花色紫薯豆沙冰皮月饼

  • 1.把紫薯洗净放微波笼中高火10分钟蒸熟。
  • 2.蒸熟的紫薯剥去皮,按压成紫薯泥。
  • 3.趁人加入已炒熟的水磨糯米粉。
  • 4.趁人加入已炒熟的水磨糯米粉。(即糕粉)
  • 5.再加入适量的白糖(量可以根据自己的喜好加)。
  • 6.揉搓均匀成紫薯面团。盖上盖子醒面5分钟。
  • 7.这个空档把从超市买来的豆沙馅取出,加入适量的糕粉揉搓至不粘手为宜
  • 8.把豆沙馅和紫薯面团分别分成5个小剂。紫薯皮约28克/个,豆沙馅约23克/个。做好后揉圆置盘中待用。
  • 9.另取少许糕粉,加入适量的开水和橄榄油搅拌均匀。
  • 10.揉成软硬适中的面团待用。
  • 11.取一份紫薯皮按扁,放入一个豆沙馅。
  • 12.逐渐向上推,收口。
  • 13.最后包裹成圆形。
  • 14.先用一块白色冰皮放入模具,做好花,再把做好的紫薯月饼球放入。
  • 15.然后放在撒过糕粉的台面上把模具倒过来。
  • 16.轻压推出月饼即成。
