大豆酸奶

  • 纯牛奶300克
  • 白砂糖70克
  • 酸奶发酵粉1克

Steps to make 大豆酸奶

  • 1.50克黄豆洗净后加入1000毫升清水,用破壁机打成豆浆,并趁热加入70克白砂糖调味。
  • 2.滤取700克豆浆,冷却至不烫手的状态。
  • 3.将300克纯牛奶加入到冷却后的豆浆中。
  • 4.加入1克酸奶发酵粉。
  • 5.用勺子按同一方向轻轻搅拌,让发酵粉菌粉均匀分布到混合液中。
  • 6.放入酸奶机,温水浴,发酵8个小时。
  • 7.发酵完成后,即可食用。冷藏后食用口感更佳。
