螺旋银丝卷

Steps to make 螺旋银丝卷

  • 1.先将水、酵母粉混合,再与面粉、细砂糖和油混合揉成光滑的面团,盖上湿布松驰约5分钟
  • 2.面团分两份操作,先取一份擀成宽约25厘米、长约40厘米的长方形片。
  • 3.均匀地刷上一层油。
  • 4.把面团对折,再均匀地刷上一层油。
  • 5.将面片切成宽约0.3厘米的粗条。
  • 6.切好的粗条取适量用双手慢慢拉长成细面条。
  • 7.将细面条绕成螺旋状。
  • 8.顶端撒上适量的蔓越莓干,进行最后发酵约20分钟。
  • 9.冷水上锅,上汽后中火约15分钟左右。
  • 10.也可在面皮上撒些砂糖或盐,以增加味觉的层次感
