芒果冻芝士
芒果冻芝士也是免烤的适合夏季的美味甜品,与慕斯蛋糕不同的是,冻芝士蛋糕使用了奶油奶酪。说是蛋糕,其实底部也可以用饼干屑,口感个人感觉比蛋糕片还要好。

  • 巧克力饼干60g
  • 手指饼干60g
  • 芒果160g
  • 奶油奶酪80g
  • 白糖15g
  • 淡奶油55g
  • 牛奶25ml
  • 吉利丁粉7g

Steps to make 芒果冻芝士

  • 1.准备食材:牛奶25ml、吉利粉7克。
  • 2.淡奶油55克、奶油奶酪80克。
  • 3.芒果切丁备用。(芒果丁分60克、100克两份,100克的放入冰箱冷藏)
  • 4.白糖15克,巧克力饼干和手指饼干各60克。
  • 5.将手指饼干和巧克力饼干分别压碎。
  • 6.先将巧克力饼干放入慕斯杯中。
  • 7.压实。备用。
  • 8.牛奶和吉利粉混合,将吉利粉泡软。
  • 9.奶酪软化和糖混合搅拌均匀。
  • 10.放入泡软的吉利粉糊。搅拌均匀。
  • 11.在切好的芒果丁中分出60克,碾碎,(不用粉碎机,有点小块最好)奶酪糊混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 12.淡奶油打发6-7成左右,和奶酪果糊混合。
  • 13.拌匀。芝士糊就做好了。
  • 14.将芝士糊倒入装有巧克力饼干屑的慕斯杯中。
  • 15.中间加入手指饼干屑。
  • 16.放入一层芝士糊。放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上。
  • 17.取出芒果丁放在冻好的冻芝士上,就可以享用了。
