Steps to make 芥辣黑鱼

  • 1.黑鱼治净,片下两大片鱼肉。
  • 2.片成双飞片。
  • 3.偏好的鱼片再次清洗干净。
  • 4.用干净的消毒毛巾或厨房纸挤干水分;
  • 5.加入蛋清、盐、鸡精、糖、淀粉和料酒,搅拌至出粘,静置腌制15分钟。
  • 6.日式芥辣酱和酱油调成酱汁备用。
  • 7.山药去皮切成大片。
  • 8.油菜洗净,对切两半。
  • 9.起锅烧水,待水沸腾后下入山药片汆熟,捞出备用。
  • 10.原水沸腾后,下入黑鱼片,迅速一搅拌,捞出备用。
  • 11.原水加入适量盐和油,汆烫油菜,盛出备用。
  • 12.山药片垫底。
  • 13.铺上鱼片。
  • 14.围上油菜。
  • 15.浇上芥辣酱汁。开搓!
