【苹果蛋糕派】——一份悠闲的下午茶点心
其实,我并不是一个喜欢吃苹果的人,因为一般的苹果都很脆,我不喜欢。如果要吃,也要买那种叫做“黄元帅”的苹果,咬一口面面的,那是我喜欢的口感。

所以这次做这款苹果蛋糕,我很是费了番心思,总觉得如果直接把苹果切切放进去一起烤,拿出来吃的口感应该没啥太大变化,所以后来想到了熬煮的办法,把苹果切片后稍微熬煮一下,不管多脆的苹果都会变软啦~而且煮过之后的苹果就像糖渍的一样,想想就应该很不错的样子~然后再把煮过的苹果片稍微摆摆造型,最后做出来竟然是另一番风格的感觉~

在制作的时候,到最后撒肉桂粉那会儿,突然想起了之前小美研究出来的暖身奶茶,觉得和这款苹果蛋糕一起搭配,简直就是绝配,所以后来又煮了奶茶和蛋糕一起吃,果然很赞啊~

在这么个微冷的冬日里,喝着暖暖的奶茶,搭配着甜甜的苹果蛋糕,空气里弥漫着肉桂的香味,多么惬意的时刻~~早餐吃上这么一份,感觉一天都能暖暖的呢~~



材料:
蛋糕底:黄油100g,细砂糖75g,鸡蛋1个,低筋面粉200g,泡打粉1小勺
苹果馅儿:苹果1个,细砂糖30g,黄油30g,柠檬汁1/2小勺
表面装饰:细砂糖、肉桂粉适量

  • 柠檬汁1/2小勺

Steps to make 【苹果蛋糕派】——一份悠闲的下午茶点心

  • 1.苹果洗净去皮去核,切片备用
  • 2.30g黄油和30g糖一起放入小锅中
  • 3.小火加热熬煮至变色
  • 4.倒入切好的苹果片和柠檬汁,拌匀后继续小火熬煮
  • 5.至苹果变色后大火收汁,晾凉备用
  • 6.100g黄油放在室温下软化,然后加入75g糖打发
  • 7.分次加入蛋液
  • 8.搅打均匀
  • 9.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉的混合物
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.取一部分面坯放入抹过油的派盘中,将底部和四周压实压平,并去掉多余的部分
  • 12.依次摆放好苹果片
  • 13.表面筛适量糖和肉桂粉
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上管180度/下管170度,烘烤约35分钟
  • 15.出炉后晾至温热即可食用
