Steps to make 补血补铁-红糖枣糕

  • 1.食材准备待用;
  • 2.搅拌蛋黄:蛋黄放盆中搅散,依次加入色拉油、水,搅拌均匀;
  • 3.筛入面粉:用打蛋器顺一个方向搅拌均匀,不需要过度搅拌;
  • 4.打发蛋白:蛋白放入盆中,一次加入全部红糖,用电动打蛋器低速搅打约2分钟;
  • 5.打发蛋白:转中速搅打,可以看到蛋白的颜色越来越浅,体积越来越大,打蛋器走的位置会起纹路,提起打蛋头,打蛋头上拉起短儿小的尖峰,即达到硬性发泡的程度了;
  • 6.蛋白、面糊混合:取1/3的蛋白糊,放入蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刀由底向上翻拌,混合均匀后再加入剩余的蛋白霜,翻拌均匀后加入红枣片,用橡皮刀搅拌均匀;
  • 7.蛋糕糊装模:用牙签划几个圈消除大气泡,双手捧起模具,在垫毛巾的案板上摔几下,震去大气泡;放入烤箱:放入预热好的烤箱最底层,以160℃上下火烤40分钟即可;蛋糕脱模:烤好的蛋糕取出,连同模具一起反扣在烤网上放凉,登彻底凉透后用脱模插入模具,小心的将蛋糕取出即可;
