毛毛虫豆沙馅面包
一直以来都特别喜吃面包,这次有机会自己学习做面包特别的高兴,这个毛毛虫面包里面有香甜的豆沙馅,软软的,外形更是呆萌可爱,喜欢面包的人一定会喜爱上它。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖20克
  • 低筋粉50克
  • 黄油40克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 清水80克

Steps to make 毛毛虫豆沙馅面包

  • 1.将牛奶,糖,盐,鸡蛋液放在盆里
  • 2.加入高筋面粉,酵母
  • 3.用筷子搅拌成雪花状
  • 4.用手揉面团约十分钟,刚开始会很粘,揉一会成光滑的面团,我没有面包机用手揉
  • 5.加入软化的黄油再继续揉面,十多分钟
  • 6.揉成不易拉破的手套膜,(我手揉共计二十多分钟即成)
  • 7.放在盆里,盖严,在温暖处自然发酵,时间视温度而定
  • 8.发酵到两倍大,用手指在中间插个洞,不反弹不回缩,发好了
  • 9.发酵面团充分揉搓排气,然后醒15分钟,切割成均匀的剂子,揉成团,大小视自己的喜好定(我分16个)
  • 10.取一个小面团,擀成长椭圆形
  • 11.上面抹上豆沙馅
  • 12.横着从一面卷向另一面,接头处捏严实压在底部,整理成一头大,一头带尖的毛毛虫的形状
  • 13.烤盘铺锡纸,间隔一定的距离摆入,放入烤箱二次发酵,中间放杯热水防干燥
  • 14.现在来做面皮酥,水中加入黄油,加热至沸腾
  • 15.加入低筋面粉,讯速的搅拌
  • 16.搅拌至无颗粒状,冷却
  • 17.分次加入蛋液搅拌均匀,为了更细腻,我过了一下篩
  • 18.取出发好的面包坯,刷蛋液,面皮酥装入一次性表花袋中,我用保鲜袋代替的,尖处剪个小口
  • 19.在面包坯上挤成如图形状(s形)
  • 20.用芝麻沾上眼睛,烤箱上下火180度预热,15分钟表面上色即可
  • 21.出炉后,放在晾架上冷却,冷却后装保鲜袋中保存
