  • 虫草花80克
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 淀粉少许
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 虫草花蒸排骨

  • 1.食材:排骨、干虫草花。
  • 2. 排骨浸泡洗净,捞起沥干水。虫草花浸泡片刻、洗净沥干水。
  • 3.用一个较大的盆子盛起排骨,加上盐、鸡粉、生粉。(注:生粉即淀粉)
  • 4.倒进酱油、加上少许食用油,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加上洗净的虫草花。
  • 6.用筷子搅拌均匀、腌制片刻。
  • 7. 准备一个蒸碟,把拌匀的排骨装起。
  • 8.电饭锅煮饭时、用隔层放在电饭锅内蒸熟,饭煲好后排骨也熟了。(也可以用蒸锅隔水大火蒸20分钟)
  • 9.取出排骨,用汤匙拌匀汤汁即可。
