本来这是给老公做的下酒菜,菜买好刚到家,老公打电话说没赶得上下午5点钟的厂车,只有乘夜里10点钟的那班厂车了,郁闷死了,但剪好的螺蛳也放不住,还是把它炒了出来,我就吃了图片上的这一小盘。老公十点多钟到家后,本来不想吃的,我说你尝尝看,哪知道这样再也没停止,把剩下的那一大碗螺蛳吃得光光的,当然了,还喝了一点小酒,呵呵!

    • 2.放入花椒、干红尖椒、葱姜爆出香味。

    • 7.翻炒片刻倒点水后撒点盐调味。
